Do you love cycling, know your way around a bike, and want to be part of something solid? We’re looking for a full-time, year-round team member to join our growing cycling camp company based in Mallorca. This is not a seasonal job — it’s a long-term position with a serious, well-established organisation offering a stable contract and the chance to grow with the team.

Your role includes:
- Building and preparing bikes for riders on arrival
- Driving riders to and from Palma airport
- Prepping energy drinks and snacks
- Driving the team car during rides
- Taking photos and capturing content on the road
- Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing bikes daily

Helping wherever needed — logistics, maintenance, organisation, assisting other staff

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a true team spirit. No two days are the same — and that’s what makes it great.

Requirements:
- Valid driving license
- Bicycle mechanic skills (Shimano di2)
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Hands-on, positive attitude
- Happy to work independently and within a team
- You MUST be legally able to work in Spain (have papers)

What we offer:
- €2,250 gross/month (≈ €1,850 net)
- Plus tips (average ~€300/month)
- Travel and expenses covered when working in Calpe or the French Alps
- A permanent, year-round contract
