Whether you are coming to Mallorca to prepare for your next cycling goal, or just want to challenge yourself with an incredible week of cycling, we recommend you to get in shape before the camp. This 14-week training program has been designed to establish your aerobic base fitness first, and build upon it with a growing emphasis on longer sustained efforts for the last 8 weeks.
