What a day at a cycling camp really looks like?
Every day is different, but there is a routine. We train, we eat, we rest. We also chat, drink coffees, and sometimes jump in the pool. Just like a team.
This is a typical day at one of our Mallorca camps, hour by hour. Calpe and the Alps follow the same rhythm, with a few changes in timing.
7:00 BreakfastFuelling before the ride is crucial. Everything is cooked at the villa, with fresh products. This is the calm before the storm.
8:00 BriefingEvery morning, we present the course of the day and give each rider specific goals.
8:30 The rideFour to six hours on the road, followed by our support vehicle. Your bike was cleaned, lubed and checked the night before, so you only have to ride it. If you have a flat, or need something to drink or eat, the staff is right there. Homemade energy bars and drinks are waiting at the feed zone, and Toni, our photographer, is out on the road capturing the day. Leave your phone in your pocket.
14:00 LunchEating right after the ride is key to recovery. Protein shakes and lunch are ready as soon as you are back.
15:00 MassageA real sports massage after every ride, given by one of our therapists. Compression boots and electro stimulation are also available whenever you want them. Between sessions, rest, chat or jump in the pool.
17:30 CoachingA full analysis of the day based on the power data of each rider, followed by a workshop on training with a power meter, nutrition, recovery and more. This is where the learning happens.
19:00 DinnerTime to refuel and enjoy a good moment with the whole team, riders and staff. Every meal is cooked from scratch by our chefs.
Not every day is the sameOn arrival day, we pick you up at the airport and the day ends with a briefing and dinner. In the middle of the week, there is an easier coffee ride. On the last day, we race up Sa Calobra, and the week ends with breakfast and your transfer back to the airport.
You ride. We take care of everything else.Train, eat and rest like a pro, without having to organise any of it.
